I had the opportunity to see "The Passion of the Christ" today and I have to say that it was one of the most moving cinematic experiences I have ever felt. Even though Gibson took some artistic license (the devil, et al), it was mezmerizing and... honestly... a humbling experience to see the gospel come alive before my senses. I am a christian. Not the best of them but a christian nonetheless. To see the honest and biblically accurate portrayal of the pain and suffering that Christ endured in his death at the hands of the Sanhedran and the Roman Government was powerful.
