Great Gift For Kids!

Pros: Price--Bought the unit for $99.00 at Walmart with all accessories included.

Cons: More controls on actual unit, not remote control. Picture quality and sound "so-so."

This is a great gift for kids. The price is so reasonable that you may not have a TOTAL heart attack if something happens to the unit. My daughter wanted a VIDEO NOW player for her 10th birthday, but I felt with the price of PVDs for the unit, this Apex product was more cost effective. Also, we already have many DVDs, and you can play CDs on the unit. You can't do that with a VIDEO NOW. I am happy with my decision.
