I purchased a pair of these on e-Bay for just under $25 new in the box. I must admit I didn't know much about the brand, but decided to chance it anyway. I was making a pair of studio speakers and the price was right. Man was I surprised! Don't be put off by the strange appearance of these speakers. After hearing them in my studio in a pair of 1.5 cu. with a Denon 60 watt power amp, I decided to install them in my truck. Using a 250w MTX amp, they are awesome! I am not some kid in a mini truck, I am 47 years old and have been installing car stereos for over 30 years. Simply put I would buy these again any time. Solid performance, great sound, outstanding value.
