In a new computer using GIGABYTE GA-8INXP mb,P-4 3.06 gig,2 gigs DDR,Windows XPpro SB1a and 250 gig harddrive. ALL DRIVERS and software UP to DATE. Only very few programs installed 12 gig total.Card crashes and hangs just web surfing or tring to turn on ati TV.Problems started with install of ATI Catalyst software that came with card(computer crashed everytime computer started) and got a little better after ATI updates(now crashes only 3 or 4 times a hour.)JUST CRASHED AGAIN WRITING THIS AT 8 BITs.ATI contacted on fixes sent me RMA.IF BUYING HAVE S\N number handy(they will not talk to you without it)the phone call is TOLL to CANADA.After 30 days they will only talk to you at $1.25 per min. or on hold(PER ATI WEBSITE)Techs do not seem to know their product.
