To taste a great tequila

pichis's Full Review: Patron Anejo Tequila
Patron considered one of the best tequilas around together with other great ones like Casa Noble, Porfidio, Chinaco and Tesoro de don Felipe. This tequila would be one of my first choices to buy for a special occasion or if I am drinking alone. I would suggest not to mix it but instead drink it straight in a Cognac glass to be able to savour all the aromas, never drink in a shutter. To taste this tequila first put the glass near your nose and inhale to be able appreciate its aroma; then take a little sip, just enough to wet your lips; continue by taking a larger sip and role it in your mouth to notice the different sensations; inhale again to perceive all the different tones a good tequila gives and finally swallow, it should not burn going down.
