Pros: Camera's square shape, size, weather resistant, awesome menu interface!
Cons: Very hard to find at local camera shops. Finally found it though!
The Bottom Line: If you want to be able to take digital pictures in any weather conditions and not worry about the camera being affected or even a sudden drop get this camera!

| belliveaulp's Full Review: Pentax Optio 33WR Digital Camera |
I was looking for a small digital camera that I could take with me when doing the sports I love. (Snowboarding, Skiing, Cycling and many other outdoor activities) I didn't want to have to worry about the weather conditions when taking it with me or to have to baby the camera. I wanted something weather proof and rugged. I found my match with the Pentax Optio 33WR. I has to be the BEST in it's class for overall performance, weatherproofness and options. I couldn't believe all the options I had on the camera. The camera buttons are very easy to use and well positioned. I looked at the Olympus Stylus 300 or 400. I just felt the body looked too slippery and I didn't like the camera's layout. The Pentax is much better. It's very small in size. The square shape is very handy and comfortable to those one handed shots. (When you're out in the wilderness doing extreme sports, a one hand option is very handy!) I could go on and on about all the features, but I won't. Take a look at the features yourself and you won't find anything else like it. http://www.pentaxcanada.ca/products/digital/optio33wr.php
P.S. My girlfriend which is very much into SLR photography was very impressed by all the manual settings!
