| lilbrat1010's Full Review: Rio One (32 MB) MP3 Player |
I got this player as a gift and it had a 3 year warranty on it. In the 2 years i had it, it had to be taken back 4 times, for not playing, not reading the memory card and for turning on and off without playing until the battery runs out. I was very irritated by the numerous problems i had with this product that caused many trips back to the store. The final time i brought it back i was told that the Rio had gone out of business and so i could not get a fifth replacement player. Instead i got another player with a similiar price and features. This would not have been so bad had i not spent an extra $30 for a case for the rio and about $90 for a 64MB memory card that was not compatible with a lot of other products. So now i'm stuck with a carry case that only holds a rio, and a memory card that still has songs on it that cannot be returned. Thanks rio for making me waste my money and time!
