| digital_menace's Full Review: Rio One (32 MB) MP3 Player |
I'm currently on the second one, as the fist failed right after copying songs to it via Real Jukebox. Tried to play songs, and got nothing but "Digital" noise, only to shut off after 10 seconds. Then it wouldn't turn back on.
Second one Same thing, except it comes on, tells how much memory is installed, and then displays a 0. Cant get a hold of support, as it is Saturday (I guess people don't SHOP on Saturdays nor do they need support on Staurdays) Although the user guide says they are open Monday through Saturday. Hmmmmm. Looks like someone dropped the ball here. Can You say Customer Service? Apparently, they can't.
Of course I could be doing something wrong. It is doubtful, as I have read the "Not any help" manual, done everything it said to do and didn't do the things it said NOT to do (Such as formatting the Memory using windows Format command, as it results in the need to re-flash the player) This is NOT something I would recommend purchasing to anyone who has not used one before. I just think it should be a lot simpler to copy songs to.
