Pros: Sounds ok...and it comes with a remote.
Cons: CD player stopped working, can't turn off display lights, no saving stations after power outage.

| hitme21's Full Review: Sony CFD-E95 Radio/Cassette/CD Boombox |
We purchased this player because of its price, decent sound and compact. Unfortunately, the player stopped playing CDs just after the warranty expired. It doesn't keep the programmed radio stations if it loses power...pain in the butt if you live in a market with many stations and your power goes out often. The very brightly colored display with alternating green, red and yellow hues is a neat touch but 30 seconds after turning the unit off the color lights magically comes back on in a rotating fashion. Not good if it is in the room in which you sleep - (think Seinfeld and the Kenny Rogers Roasters episode). It has a tape player...but who uses that anymore.
