Pros: When it works it works well
Cons: When trouble starts it is inconvenient and expensive to fix.
The Bottom Line: Buyer beware. 16 days and Sony has not returned any of my calls.

| shooz's Full Review: Sony KV-36XBR250 36 inch TV |
Twenty-three months. That's how long we enjoyed this premium TV. On the twenty-third month trouble started. First the right side of the screen went green, the right side red. Then the entire thing went green. Support could not help. The repair contractor that came to trouble-shoot the unit could not figure out the trouble and quoted 'between $600 and & $800 IF Sony pays for the picture tube. He suggested I pack it and ship it to Irvine for them to figure out. (The TV outweights me. How am I going to ship it?)
I had not purchased an extended warranty, choosing instead to place my faith and trust in the quality reputation of the Sony brand and the premium WEGA line. Big mistake!
