Cons: Customer service sucks.

Overall, Acoustic Research products are greatly manufactured, but their customer service sucks big time. You better hope the product last for ever without having to call for services on it ever. They recently have been brought out by Thompson Corp. Several months back I send in a product for repair and they lost the item and I’m still fighting with them to refund me my money. What’s worse this is that, someone signed for the item at their product exchange center site and they are still trying to deny it.
