Pros: Nothing I can say.

Cons: WAN and Wireless connection not stable; Setup menu not well organized and looks ugly.

The Bottom Line: Both WAN and wireless connection are not stable and do not recommend it to other people.

chengr's Full Review: Trendware TRENDnet TEW-431BRP Router
I had the TEW-431BRP for about 3 months now and do not have a good experiences with it, thinking to get a new one around Christmas. The computer I used connecting to the TEW-431BRP using the TrendNet PCI 11g wireless card. The Internet connection drops 4 or 5 times a day. I do not know is it because of dropping the WAN connection or the wireless connection has problem. Most of the time it reconnects by itself in a minute (I set it up auto reconnect and connect all the time). But it is very annoying. In the worst situation (happens twice a week), the network completely dead. I have to reboot the TEW-431BRP. The set up menu is not well organized and I cannot change the date and time. Another thing I do not like is the dynamic IP address assigned by TEW-431BRP is assigned sequentially according to the sequence of the computers switched on rather than based on the MAC address of the network card. So the computers may have different IP address if they are not switched on in a fixed sequence. I understand that this can be solved using fixed IP address. But I prefer generating the IP address from the MAC address of the network card. I lost confidence in Trendware and will not buy other things from it.
