i have seen only one review so far that even partially features negative feedback. this is exactly the type of thing ive needed and searched for over the last year. i have tried various "warm mist" and vaporizer types of humidifiers and they were not effective, unless they are supposed to get credit for moldy filters and wetting my carpet.
i collect very old wooden japanese masks and i live in california. it is extremely dry here and that started to hurt my collection.
it is true, this item was very pricey, but in my opinion, and for my needs, was well worth the money ten times over. this is the only item of its kind that i have tried that functions properly. it is very quiet, fast acting, low maintenance, and durable.
my masks have ceased warping and my office is safe to store them again.
i never knew that i had sinus problems, but after using the venta for a few weeks, i can tell a huge difference in my breathing and i no longer have chapped lips.
ideal for the home or a museum. collectors of any perishable wooden or textile items-this is a must!
