Pros: Can put a baby car seat in it; has a cold weather boot.
Cons: Hard to use, shoddy construction, bad wheels, no cup holder, bad customer service.
The Bottom Line: NOT recommended! A lot of strollers work with a baby car seat in and have cold weather boots, and don't have 8 wobbly air-filled leaky tires.

I received this stroller as a gift. It definitely isn't what I would have chosen.
The stroller has a cold-weather boot to keep the wind off the baby, and you can put a baby car seat into it, so you don't have to wake up the baby moving him between the car and the stroller. It also comes with a plastic cover for when it rains.
It has a basket in the bottom for carrying things, but because of how it's positioned, it's nearly impossible to put anything into it. It can hold a lot of little things, but it can't hold anything large - like a diaper bag.
It's got 8 air-filled tires, which are small, and the wheels are very wobbly. They include a manual pump for adding air to the tires, but I found that by the time I pump up a tire and get the pump off the tire, the air has all leaked out and the tire is flat again. At one point, all of the tires were low on air, and after over an hour of trying to fill them, I gave up.
I also felt that this stroller isn't constructed very well. It looks pretty solid just looking at it, but in six months of regular use, the top of the stroller got bent just from putting it into the trunk of my car, and the buttons for the cold-weather boot, which were hard to button and unbutton in the first place, broke off. I don't know why didn't just use velcro.
Because I do a lot of walking, I would have liked a stroller with a cup holder in it, but this doesn't have one, and I haven't been able to buy one for it that fits.
I had a really hard time figuring out how to get it folded and unfolded. I still have a hard time with it. The directions are unclear.
After having the stroller for not very long, the canopy on top got bent out of shape, which is irritating, and it looks off kilter.
The first time that we used the cold weather boot on the stroller, the snap broke off of one side.
The next thing to go wrong was with the tires. After we had the stroller for about 6 months, the air started to get low. The manual air pump that comes with this stroller is impossible to use, because it screws on, and by the time you get the tires inflated and remove the pump, they are flat again.
About this same time, one of the back wheels on the stroller started to wobble, and one tire on that wheel was fat on one side and thin on the other. I e-mailed Zooper (because they have no phone number for their customer service), and I asked about warranty repairs on this, since the warranty card that came with the stroller says that there is a one-year warranty. I was told that Zooper would not do anything for me without the receipt, even though the date of manufacture - which was printed on the back of the stroller - was just barely over a year earlier, and my first and only baby was only 6 months old. Because the stroller was a gift from my in-laws, I didn't have the receipt. I asked my in-laws for it, but they were unable to find it.
So because Zooper basically told me that I was out of luck without a receipt, my father-in-law tried to fix the wheels, so that at least we could use the stroller.
He filled up each of the tires, and even got the wobbly wheel back to looking normal. But 10 minutes of walking with the stroller, and the wheel was back to being warped and wobbly.
I e-mailed Zooper again, explaining that I was very unimpressed, and that since this was a gift, I could hardly be expected to produce a receipt. I received a reply
telling me where I could take the stroller for warranty repair.
After taking it in and leaving it with them for a week, I was told that the wobbly wheels wouldn't be covered by the warranty, and that one new wheel costs $80.00. Then, they charged me $5.00 plus tax for having looked at it.
So we chose not to get the stroller fixed, because this stroller just isn't worth putting any more money into.
I am thinking about selling it and buying something decent, as my baby is still only 8 months old and I imagine that I will want a stroller that I can actually use for a while yet, and also if we have another baby.
