To begin with, I labelled your review "off topic", as you only discussed a hotel and not the country of Panama. Maybe this hotel was the main part of your travel - but you must at least have gone to another place in Panama - maybe the customs officials were rude to you? Maybe a taxi driver was equally rude to you? I assume there are racist people everywhere, and if you had run into a string of them and described them, I might have believed your opinion.
I might add, however, that I would find your review not helpful even if it were on topic. While the people may have been unfriendly to you, it may or may not have been because of your color. Here, you get excited because somebody asks you if your friend is your sister? And that bothers you? Perhaps you are a bit too sensitive. If somebody snapped at me for asking them a question about somebody I thought was their sister, I wouldn't want to serve them either.
On top of that you label every Latin American country as being racist. I can personally assure you that this is impossible, as many Latin American countries - Dominican Republic, Cuba, Haiti, and Colombia, to name a few - have a majority of black citizens.
By labelling every Latin American country as racist, you indicate your own personal ignorance of their cultures. Further, you classify yourself as being a close-minded individual, expecting racist treatment and therefore labelling any type of treatment you recieve - positive or negative - as racist.
Being close-minded when you enter a situation is unfortunate and invalidates your opinion. It is one thing to hate something, it is another to hate it before you try it. Here, you sound as though you assume racism before the experience, then you further assume that any treatment you recieve is a function of racism, and then you apply that label to all of Latin America. This is not valid arguement, and makes your review, at least to me, not helpful.

your review difficult to rate, but in the end decided upon "somewhat helpful".
While the information you provide is useful, I think it would have more impact if you rounded out your review to tell us a little more about Panama. I'm also sure you weren't treated this way by absolutely everyone in Panama.
If you update your review to add some more information, then please let me know. I would be happy to come back and take another look.
