Fogo E Braza: Green means go, Red means stop, but You won't want to!

Pros: An endless variety of delicious food and excellent service
Cons: I'm sure Fogo E Braza will soon be so busy you'll need reservations.

Excellent Steakhouse (Reply to this comment)

I Just moved into town and I've been to Fogo de Chao, blows it away, The food is excellent and we were treated very well. Who cares if the owners aren't Brazilian, that's biased, they obviously know about good food.

I'm sorry to read that you had a bad experience at Fogo E Braza. The restaurant has changed management and staff since it opened, and the quality of the food and service have declined some. However, the food is still very good and I have never been rushed out. Dessert is a la carte.

The previous comments had to have been written by the employees, not actual customers. I am Brazilian and I know what a good Brazilian steak house is like, and Fogo e Brasa definitly is not! The owner isn't even Brazilian. The food was over-cooked, over-priced, and the service was horrible. They say "all you can eat," but that is not the case. They take your plates away and give you the check before you're done eating. We weren't even offered desert. I had a terrible experience there, and I don't recommend it to anyone!

We drive 23 miles one way to eat here (Reply to this comment)

I was not expecting much from an "Eat-All-You-Can" establishment. But Fogo has turned into one of my favorite restaurants.

The wait staff is incredibly friendly, even encouraging their patrons to eat more. A fresh plate is always at the ready, and the owner personally greets everyone at their table.

The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Most "buffets" feel much like a cattle line to me. But I'm very relaxed at Fogo and Brasa. I never feel hurried.

The selection of meats is overwhelming. The quality of meat is excellent and cooked to perfection.

I've taken co-workers and family there and every single person has been back.

If you go at lunch time, Fogo E Braza is only $17.95, too.
