Great place if you are serious

Pros: Machines,people and motivation!

Cons: Real serious people

It's a wonderful place to workout and if you are serious. Not a place to meet other people - people look so unfriendly. No jacuzzi or sauna. The machines are well kept. They do play a variety of music now.

I joined it 10 years ago. I am a little bored with the lack of variety (a pool or sauna). And the front desk could smile for once.

There are 2 in the bay area - Mountain View and Santa Clara. The Mountain View is a little newer, and with more people. The Santa Clara has more good looking people than just muscle head.
