I have been fine with my weight all my life, but I got to a point where I wanted to be a little more fit than I was. I don't have a particular sweet tooth so I thought that this would be an easy diet for me because it cuts out most of the sugar in your daily food intake.
I think this is a fairly healthy diet because it allows you to eat red meat which has some essential vitamins, but it could also get out of hand if the person trying the dies doesn't remember that they need sugar in their body. It depends how the person trying the diet decides to use the information given by the books. You can bend and twist parts of this diet on how much weight you want to lose, and how far you want to take it.
The bad part of this diet is that you can't have some veggies that are common and hard to avoid such as carrots and potatoes. The results are very noticeable within a month you notice a difference. I lost about ten pounds in one month. I found it very hard to eat all wheat and no carrots or potatoes. They're so common, and I found myself making different not so appetizing things for my family as well. This diet is for somebody who doesn't mind making some important sacrifices, and who wants to lose a fair amount of weight. Usually anywhere from 10-50 pounds is a realistic goal for this certain diet.
