Pros: Roomy and versatile interior; acceleration; ride quality Cons: Third row room and comfort; the Odyssey is better in nearly every way save image. The Bottom Line: Stop fooling yourself. Either get a minivan or get an SUV with more style and sportier handling.
My review of the 2003 Honda Pilot was quite favorable. I was impressed by its interior design, interior volume, powertrain performance, and affordable price compared to other midsize SUVs. But is this the correct standard? What about compared to a ...

Pros: A complete, practical, spacious, and luxurious family hauler that drives better than its mass suggests. Cons: Not an Odyssey, numb driving experience, not fun to drive. The Bottom Line: An superlative family vehicle that outdoes the luxury cars at their own game, but why not spring for the Odyssey?
My review for the Honda Pilot involves my having driven my inlaws 2004 8-seat Honda Pilot on various occasions over the past 2 years. My inlaws are in their early 60's with 2 daughters in their late 20' the older of which is my wonderful wife. They are ...

Pros: Reliability, practically built, comfortable Cons: No real engine punch, no look-at-me styling The Bottom Line: A well-built SUV with a focus on function, not on opulence.
It may be odd that I am reviewing a 2004 model and here we are in 2006 but...for those considering a used SUV, I do recommend the Honda Pilot. About the 2004 Pilot: Pro: Reliability: The Pilot does not frighten its owner that it will break ...

We are definitely a Honda family and now have a Honda Civic, a CRV, and the new 2004 Pilot EX-L. We are a family of 5 and as the kids grow the CRV just doesn't do it for longer journeys. We have been waiting for a larger Honda SUV and were excited when ...

Pros: 3rd row, 8 people seat; Handling; Power; Quiet and comfortable ride; mileage Cons: Driver's left foot room; trunk space; AC outlet The Bottom Line: A great SUV with excellent options that can match some of the luxury models. Powerful engine, quiet ride and excellent sound system.
Much has been said about Pilot. I don't want to repeat what others said about this SUV. Yes, it is not a true SUV that you can hop in and climb the mount Everett. However, it is not a minivan either. It is something that holds more people than a family ...

I bought an EX (w/ cloth seats) in February 2004 in the Chicago area for roughly $1000 over invoice (or about $2000 below MSRP) People used to pay flat out MSRP for these, but I believe the prices are loosening up a bit due to more availability. ...

Pros: Plenty of Passenger and Cargo Space, great price for all you get. Cons: Not Many.... The Bottom Line: If you're looking for a midsize SUV, hurry down to your Honda dealership and try one out before Honda realizes they could be charging more money for this great vehicle!
After looking at several different ones, I had narrowed my search for an SUV down to the Toyota Highlander and the Honda Pilot. In the end I chose the Pilot and I haven't regretted it for one minute. Great ride, plenty of passenger and cargo space, and ...

Pros: Enjoyable to drive,on long trips ,love the sound system. Cons: NONE: Everything is as one would expect for its type and price or better. The Bottom Line: Must have SUV nothing else compares
This is a very spacious vehicle, it literally seems to have more room on the inside than on the outside,it must be another space time vortex or something. Although it drives very nibble and very quick. It has a smooth ride that can handle extra-ordinary ...

Pros: Comfortable, lots of storage, and easy to drive. Cons: Poor sound system and a lot of road noise. The Bottom Line: Great overall car - the overall performance outweighs any complaints I may have on the car. Did I mention it gets great gas mileage for an SUV? Highly recommend.
I am on my second 2004 Honda Pilot. I was in an accident in my first Pilot, which unfortunately totaled my vehicle. I opted to get another Pilot because of how fantastic it was during the accident. I was broadsided on the passenger side by a vehicle ...

I don't just love it, I lerve it. I never write these things, and swore I'd never own an SUV, but this car has completely won me over. It's got great visibility, easy access from any door, it's comfy, roomy, and not too "girly". We drove the Highlander, ...
