Pros: easy setup; nice control panels; good wireless range; Mac&Win setup disk & utilities Cons: wish Internet light would blink to show activity; lights glare; needs printed manual

Pros: Easy to install Cons: Horrible support from ATT and lousy life expectancy with the product itself
These modems keep freezing on me. I have had to replace two within the last two months. And getting support from "Bob" in India is nothing short of infuriating. My recommendation? Skip ATT and Skip 2wire. In fact run, run as fast as you can AWAY from them.
