Bass?? Dont think so...

by Rocks2k , May 31 '00
Pros: decent bass for a while
Cons: not worth the money, poor quality, noise inside encloser
When I got my car the first thing I thought about was a sound system for it. I wanted to fill the car with a big bass sound without spending big bucks. So after I looked around and saw the prices of many different amplifies and subwoofers, I decided...

Not enough for the $$$

by Stewie , Jan 24 '00
Pros: none
Cons: Price & Product
Pioneer TS-WX75A had the privilege of being in my car for about two weeks then I took them back. I will never buy a pair of Pioneer TS-WX75A Sub - Woofers again. Although I love their car stereo decks I feel very strongly on the decks they produce. They...

No Bass, All Bull

by bricks , Oct 15 '00
Pros: easy on space
Cons: little bass, expensive
The deal this subwoofer brings to the table sounds like a pretty good one. Conserve space, self-powered.. and easy installation. But what you gain in lack of effort, you also lose in price and in quality.

For the price these subs...

Bass?? or is it just noise??

by snyper89 , Jan 24 '00
Pros: size, brand name
Cons: lacks the punch
I had this product for about 6 months and decided that is sucked. I bought it at a local car stereo dealer because i wanted to fill my car with bass. Let's say that after the initial excitement was gone, so was the bass. I bought it because I don't...

Exceeds Expectations

by jag_303 , Feb 22 '02
Pros: Accurate bass reproduction, built in crossover for frequency adjustment, compact size, self contained, easy hook-up.
Cons: Given reasonable expectations: none to mention.
After reading the other reviews featured for this speaker, I was almost turned away from buying it. I'm glad that it was only almost.

The fact of the matter is that this is a really nice sub. Those reviewers who have been so critical of it...

Depends on what you're looking for...
by mbrown3 ,Jan 12 '04
Pros: Good enhancement to bass.
Cons: Not much more than mild enhancement.
I see all the bad reviews for this product, but it really depends on what you want. I really didn't want that annoying, thumpy, obnoxious bass that ghetto cars often have. It overpowers the music and doesn't sound any good. I just wanted a basic enhancement to the bass. For this purpose, it works fine. It's not the best sound in the world, the bass isn't the tightest around, but it serves my purposes well.
