Pros: Reception has improved. Only service that got through to the local High School. Cons: Really bad phone return policy.
I decided to go with AT&T wireless because we could not get Verizon calls through to my daughter's high school. At&T has a tower on top of the building. Customer service about billing has been OK, not great. Call wait times have been ...
Please w AT&T - not pleased w LetsTalk.com by remaxe2 ,Mar 11 '09
Pros: LetsTalk.com offerred the cheapest deals Cons: LetsTalk.com plan cancellation option expires after you use 30 minutes of talk time
After 9 years, I decided to switch from Nextel. I chose AT&T for the converage of htier network in Florida and Chicago. I then purchased 2 Blackberry EDGE phones from LetsTalk.com and had them shipped to Florida.
Out of the Box they worked great and I am happier with the Blakberry Phone every day. It is pocket friendly and feature rich.
When I got back to Chicago, the coverage in my home was POOR at best. I seriously considered cancelling my AT&T service and sending the phones back to LetsTalk.com
I called LetsTalk.com within the 1st week and inquired about cancelling AT&T and returning the phones. They advised me I would have to Pay HUNDREDS of dollar to cancel (Remember this was the 1st week).
In their contract, once you have used 30 (Thirty) minutes of airtime, LetsTalk.com will not take the phones back without charge.
I will NEVER purchase another product from LetsTalk.com.
Fortunately, the AT&T service in my Chicago home has improved to an acceptable level.
