Pros: There is nothing pro to say about this unit and the company that makes it. Cons: Poorly made and no valid warrenty from manufacturer, don't waste your money.
Unit worked for 21 months 7 days until it quit cooling. Called for Avanti’s in home factory service and was told by the technician the cooling system was not working due to a blockage in the coils. Blockage cannot be fixed due to being a closed/sealed system. Called Avanti and asked what to do and was told it’s out of warranty so they would do nothing. We had two service calls before this on the same unit. Seems to me a unit costing 1000 dollars should last more than 21 months. Our neighbor has two of the very same unit and has had repeated service calls. Suggest you look elsewhere and buy a quality unit not made in China. Bought unit from AMROYAL and they promised to work with us to replace the unit. They proved to be worthless. No call backs, broken promises, a sham.
