I don't usually go into shops with salon quality hair products simply because it's beyond my price range. I saw this unique bottle, tried a bit on a strand of hair and that strand of hair instantly transformed into a lock of silk. I went on a whim and purchased the product.
I used it sparingly for about 3/4 of a year and it was probably the most effective hair product I have tried. It tamed, it moisturised, it shined and it scented.
I would recommend it but probably not purchase again because of the heavy price-tag.

I purchased this product after my hair became so damaged from constantly coloring it. I read the bottle and thought it might help to make my hair softer. It really did. It is very pricey(I think I paid $12)but a little bit does go a long way. I have very long, thick hair and the bottle lasted me a good month. You have to be careful not to use too much or hair will look somewhat greasy. I found that a quarter size amount was good enough for my hair. The smell is great as well and since I straighten my hair it helps with fly-aways. If the price scares you sometimes you can find pretty good deals in beauty salons(like buy one get one or mine came with some molding wax and a brush). It's worth a try.

This is another one of my favorites among Bed Heads line of products. This a great product to use straight and curly hair, I prefer to use this to a shine serum on thicker and coarser, and more dry hair b/c sometimes serums are to light. I love this after flat iron to smooth fuzzies, soften, and shine, and on curly hair to smooth and define curls. Just be sure to not over used cause this can get greasy, and more on the ends of your hair, very little on your roots. For you hair dressers out there, this is great to put on hair if u like to razor cut on it, really helps the razor glide through and not pull. So all around this product rocks.

I first used this product after I went through an experimental phase with my hair and had changed colors way too often in a short period of time. Even then it helped with my hair, it made it feel silky, and look healthier.

I have very fine hair, and this is one product that I found works great with my hair. It is not too heavy but just right. Even though it is fairly light on the hair, you have to be careful to use the right amount; a little bit goes a long way.

I think I paid $17 for the last bottle I purchased, but it was well worth it. Not only is it a great product, but also one bottle of it lasts a long time!

Pros: Excellent quality, easily applied & very quickly shows results.
Cons: Can be pricey considering how little they give. It is not sold everywhere.

I started using this product after my stylist informed me that it would be perfect for my hair. The product did what it said and did it well. I have found that this product works amazing FOR ME when I put a quarter size amount into my hand after I have showered AND towel-dryed my hair. The next day my hair looks like Jonathan Antins'! I have tried many of the most expensive products on the market. This is a excellent product for anyone. It can be used so many ways and in conjunction with other products. But it is good on it's own too if you do not feel like getting "sticky".DO NOT be fooled by these pretentious brands like: Sebastian or Paul Mitchell. They do make good products, but nothing this good! This is a far better product that Jonathan Product's DIRT. I find using this with American Crew paste, is the best combination for me when I want seperation & definition. TRUST ME:)

Tigi after party does what it claims to "smooth and silkify".... I've used products just as good for a lot cheaper.... Leaves hair smooth and silky and shiny... more of a "silkifier" than a shine product.... other products are better for overall shine but this does leave nice texture.... may weigh hair down (if fine) use only a little on those hair types.... One very heavy or dry or curly hair you may need alot because its not intensive moisturizing.... probably perfect for medium texture (not too dry or curly not too fine) hair.... If you have dry but fine processed hair this may work as well.... scent is light fruity and flowery.... A nice product albeit too expensive....

My first experience with the After Party Smoothing Cream was at my salon. My hairdresser used it as a finishing product, and I was amazed at how silky and smooth my hair looked and felt. Even after brushing it and sleeping on it, the benefits lasted.

I was so impressed by it, that I ended up buying a tube of it. It was a bit pricey (at $17.95, but it lasted me almost a year).

Unlike some smoothing products, you apply it to dry hair. I like to apply it before curling my hair, and it makes my curls look so shiny. I have super thick, heavy, long hair so the curls invariably fall out, but my hair still looks shiny and feels wonderful.

If I do nothing to my hair after it dries, it usually looks pretty messy, but the After Party can tame it down a bit so that it looks more presentable.

I have a tendency to try lots of different products and usually don't purchase the same one twice, but I will be sure to always have some of this on hand.

The bottom line is that it's a terrific product!

I love, love, love this stuff! It's great to use before blow-drying, and flat ironing.... or after to smooth it all out! This is a great product! :)

Cons: absolutely no cons except for being the only effective product for my hair !!!

I'm portuguese, 33 years old and that's how long I've waited to find a really effective product for my awkward hair. Well, my hair is very difficult because it gathers all bad characteristics one can imagine: very much, very frizzy, very thick = dryness and too much volume (black people’s hair is easier to get straight and smooth). And yes, "After Party" really works!. It's a pity it's the only one from the collection that works (I've already tried the new 'S-factor') PLEASE, DON'T EVEN DARE TO CHANGE THE FORMULA!!!!
