About 6 years ago,I had an accident that crushed a virtuebra in my back After 2 mqjor surjurys on my back,I continued to be in pain and had trouble sleeping. I bought a bed from another supplier that uses memory foam and was not satisfied.I shopped on the internet until I found the one that seemed to have the best construction and value and that was BedinaBox.I was right.This mattress is the best I have owned in my 61 years and my wife has nothing but praise for it.I have severe back pain and this mattress has helped me in getting restful sleep.The bed I have is an adjustable (similar to a hospital bed)so I ordered the king size 11"unit with the goose down cover (no foundation).The cover is well worth the extra cost.I have had my mattress for over a year and works great on my foundation and is still perfect.

Pros: Very soft but supportive. No heat build-up. Bounces back into shape immediately. Awesome warranty.
Cons: Waterproof cover is "crinkly". Had to buy new fitted sheets (I bought the 11" mattress).

I purchased a PacDown mattress from BedinaBox roughly a year ago. My teenaged son had outgrown his bed, and I had a platform bed for him that needed a mattress. After some intensive internet shopping, everything I read pointed to the PacDown as the best, in both comfort *and* price.
It came in the mail one day while I was at work, so my son opened it and set it up himself. The mattress is amazingly comfortable, anyone who has spent any time on it whatsoever is full of praise. He has never spent an uncomfortable night on it, and has never complained of excessive heat (the way you hear about certain *other* mattresses).
It's excellent, you couldn't make a better choice! In fact, I'm about to order another one for ME.

Pros: The BedinaBox arrives in a compressed package. Easy to move to any room.

We have been sleeping on our BedinaBox for over a year and it is great!
The whole experience of ordering, receiving the compact package, setting up frame and mattress and enjoying the good nights rest has been more than satisfactory.
The price comparison between the BedInaBox and any other highly rated mattress was more than enough to get our interest when we were shopping and the personal attention when we called to check on some of the features convinced us to make the leap.
So far we have found nothing to dislike about this product, the price or the customer service. If we should get another mattress it would be a BedinaBox.
Our down mattress cover began to "leak" some tiny feathers but when we told BedinaBox.com about it they sent us a new mattress cover.

I had a queen size waterbed in my guest room and king size waterbed in our master bedrooom. I had been planning on switching to regular mattresses, and after I slept on a friends memory foam mattress, that's what I knew I had to have. I was able to keep my waterbed frames and just drop in the mattress, without having to get a box spring. I researched the different companies and types of mattresses. BedinaBox provided what I was looking for at a price that couldn't be beat. When they came, my husband wasn't home, but I was able to unpack and set them up on my own. Memory foam mattresses can be warmer than regular mattresses, so I also bought the feather mattress pad. I highly recommend it. I was even able to recycle the great bag it came is as a BBQ cover.

Me and my wife purchase the PacDown 9" Memory foam mattress a few months ago. I was having lower back pain and so was my wife. In the last 5 years , i spent so much money on all kinds of mattresses and got no relief from back pain. I was in a wreck almost 10 years ago where I compressed a vertebrate. I have had trouble sleeping ever since this event, so I decided to give the foam mattress a test. After weeks of research, I determined that the product you offered was amazingly priced. The shipping was fast, and I have been sleeping much easier since. I used to take an hour to fall asleep, and now it is almost instantly.

I bought the bed because it was easier to buy a new bed than to move my old one (moving from Florida to Boston). The box the bed comes in makes it ideal for relocating.
The bed seems durable, but it is hard to tell I've only owned it for 6 months. There is no sign of wear.

Pros: Light weight, cooling, healing, helps you get restorative sleep,so comfortable it is simply heavenly!
Cons: Must have a solid, firm foundation to put the mattress on for the proper effect.

My Orthopedic Dr. gave me the second cortisone shot for extreme bursitis in my hip & said "GET A GOOD MATTRESS
or you could be looking at hip surgery.! This was after spending months of tossing & turning every night & little sleep. The Bursa is compressed when you lie on it which makes the condition worse sometimes even causing the condition. So I started a mattress hunt!!!! I read everything on the internet about mattresses especially Memory Foam...next I went to every mattress store in the my area. I was so discouraged as the prices were out of reach. So I went home & did another search on the internet & up came BedinaBox, I read everything on the website & was amazed by the price & the guarantee & decided to order it. A few days later it arrived I could not believe how fast the shipping was! I had relief at last!!!! A few months later I can honesty say I have very little pain in my hip.

We bought the PacDown Plus mattress a month ago for our teenage son and are absolutely sold on the brand. Quick delivery, comfortable and a good price. Next we are purchasing the twin Pac basic for our 9 year-old.

I've been burned at Mattress Discounters where they steered us toward a Sealy Posturepedic that gradually failed to provide support. After six months there was a deep impression around the hips (and I don't weigh much). And by Sears where the mattress (mailorder) felt like it was stuffed with newspaper ( I created a foam top that helped.) I look forward to putting the Sears mattress in the garage and replacing it with the PacBed original.

Pros: Blissful sleep, great, hands-on customer service.
Cons: The only con is that i miss this bed when i am away!!!

As a lifelong savvy New Yorker, I am continually wary of ordering things online. I danced a weeklong dance with the folks at Bedinabox, and received such on the money attention and service from their Vice President (who personally guarenteed my happiness and said he'd take the bed back, if necessary) that I went for it.

First off, the price was so right (I bought the 9" King Memory Foam bed and frame) that I couldn't believe that the theraputic comfort they claimed could be true. Yet I couldn't wait for the bed to arrive! And it did, 3 days later, like clockwork. And sleep has never been the same! I cannot believe that my sleep could be so remarkably changed for the better, at such a bargain price!

Everyone loves this bed - my girlfriend, my cats and dogs! I have friends that always want to lay on it when they stop by! And I miss it terribly when I travel!

I have several friends (and a mom!) who have since bought BIAB beds due to my experience, and they all love it!

Cons: Little heavy to carry up flite of stairs and return would be diffacult expandes alote

This was the best money ever spent they have very good coustomer service they were very informative about there product they did everything they could to answer any of my questions and shipping was very fast I would buy again if needed I have never had as good of night sleep as I have sence I got this mattress. I have been searching for a new bed that my husband and I would both agree on for quite a while. We started seriously considering the tempurpedic beds but were a little discouraged at the prices. My husband ran across the bedinabox website and showed it to me, I in turn showed it to my mother and father who were also in search of a new bed. Financial reason allowed them to purchase the bed sooner then us, but also let us use them as guinea pigs. They loved the bed and my husband and I spent some time on theirs and fell in love as well. I soon after purchased ours and we have been very satisfied. Our bedroom is upstairs, with a very narrow staircase, the cal-king fit up the stairs no problem in the shrink wrapped, with no damage unlike our previous mattress which was bent in half to fit through the stairway. I have noticed a less disturbed sleep, and no more snoring from the husband. I would highly recommend this product if you're looking for a foam mattress.

We purchased our new bed in a box mattress for our travel trailer and LOVE IT!!!!! This mattress is well worth the money and it comes right to your door. The return policy was what made me order....hard to purchase a mattress online BUT there is no risk. After one nights sleep you will realize you will never want to send it back. Just as good as our Tempur Pedic and alot less $.

Pros:

I cannot express how happy I am that I bought a BedinaBox! It is the most comfortable mattress I've ever had. I love the down topper that came with it. I was a little worried that the reasonable price would mean an inferior mattress, but it is absolutely wonderful. I had backaches every night on my old mattress, but they have gone away since I've been sleeping on my BedinaBox. My granddaughter and our dog spend time on it every chance they get. I happily recommend it to anyone who will listen.

I have owned a traditional spring mattress for many years.  I had always owned a high quality/price mattress.  But when it came time to upgrade from a queen to a king I started looking at memory foam mattresses.  I found BedinaBox on line and read all the reviews and spoke to them on 3 occasions.  After looking at every local mattress store I found that they are are very similar except for the price.  I have owned this mattress a little less than a year and will never go back to a spring mattress.  We love it! ( PacBed Original 9" w/ down cover)  My next bed will come from BedinaBox!
