I have long been plagued by constantly chapped lips, no matter how well-moisturized I keep them, and no matter how hydrated I keep myself. I'd even tried another BeneFit product (a lip exfoliator) but it wasn't working. Then I tried Smoooch. Within two applications my lips were the smoothest and least chapped/flaky they've been in years. You know how there are certain cosmetics that are worth the splurge and simply don't have a cheaper drugstore equivalent? this is one of them.
