Bragada Crowne Mattress

Pros: Can't think of any.
Cons: Decreasing quality, false ad for warranty online, and lousy customer support.

We purchased the Bragada King Crowne king mattress one year ago, and initially liked it. After just a couple months, however, there was a noticeable sag and decreasing support. We contacted the company, Bragada, to get our money back after suffering more and more for a year, and they informed us that their 100% full warranty meant that we could ship the mattress to them (our expense), they would inspect it, and replace it IF defective. There are many reasons why this warranty is impractical for most people (incl. cost, time and what to sleep on in the meantime), and why would we want another one of their mattresses if we didn't like the first one? Either way, we would have to spend more money (on the s/h) to take advantage of their warranty. The warranty was not made available to us until we tried to cash in on it. (There is a very brief "warranty" on their website that states the "100% full warranty" part, but no description of what that means.) Not a good bed, and not a good company!!

Pros: Great customer service plus a fantastic product.
Cons: Set up not included but not a big problem.

I was very pleased with the first mattress I purchased for my first daughter. When it was time to purchase one for my younger daughter I was trying to save some money so I chose a different company b/c I wanted to stay eco-friendly and $700 is pricey for a two year olds mattress.  Their product was clearly inferior to the bragada so despite restocking fees and delivery charges I took the hit and returned it. 

I then purchased her mattress from bragada and am very happy (again). I purchased my mattress from bragada and (again) am happy.

I thought I was going to buy an airbed for us, but I wasn't interested in the "used car" selling tactics from other mattress retailers. Bragada sells their beds at the same price for everyone, so that always makes me feel good. Other wise, how do I know I'm getting a good deal?

Their foam compared to others really feels so much better. Great support and the pressure points are diminished. Delivery was fast (only 2 weeks) and set up was no problem at all (for my husband).

If you want great product and company bragada is the way to go.

Pros: Comfort,Warranty, and the Price was right.
Cons: None so far.

I would like to take a couple of minutes to say a couple things about the new "Avalon" by Bragada bed we purchased a few weeks ago.My wife and I both have bad backs and found it hard to sleep comfortably and almost always waking with a back ache with our other mattresses. This mattress is the most comfortable beds my wife and I have ever slept on. We sleep through out the night only waking once or twice to turn over, and we woke with NO back ache.We have had several very expensive beds in our years but this bed is worth its weight in gold for only a fraction of the cost, but then again you cannot put a price on comfort. Thank you very much for your product and your time.

Pros: Firm, but soft enough to be comfortable. No pressure on hips, thighs or back.
Cons: When sitting on the side of the bed, it sinks in quite a bit.

I work long hours and was not sleeping well. I got out of bed each morning as tired as I was when I went to bed. Tossing, Turning, trying to get comfortable. With an old back injury it was almost impossible. On the Innerspring mattress, my tossing and turning disturbed my wife to the point that she started sleeping in the spare Bedroom. I received a Memory foam pillow for Christmas 2006 and loved it. I had seen the Tempur-Pedic commercials on TV so we went to check it out. Yes it was comfortable, but I was not willing to spend that much. I continued my Search on the Web,called on-line stores, studied brochures, and finally found Bragada. We bought the Vienna, sight unseen after visiting the Website numerous times. After a week it arrived, I was very impressed with the look, feel and comfort. My wife loves it also. It has restored my sleep and I no longer toss and turn to get comfortable. Four Hours sleep on the Vienna is like eight hours on the Inner spring.

Pros: Comfort, price, everything.
Cons: When its delivered, you need to unbox it and set it up yourself.

I recently purchased one of Bragada memory foam beds (Crown) and I must say I am extremely pleased. I have tried several spring mattresses in the past due to my bad lower back. My last one was an expensive firm mattress that did nothing but cause additional back pain every morning. Most mornings, my pain was so bad I could no longer lay in bed, and often would have to take a few Ibuprophen to alleviate the pain.

The very first day sleeping on your memory foam mattress, I woke with ZERO back pain. I have had it for about a month now with ZERO back pain each and every morning.

Thanks so much for providing an affordable alternative to those high priced mattress stores that want two to three thousand dollars for a similar product.

Pros: Great price, fast (and free) shipping, wake up feeling rested now!
Cons: Can't test before you buy. It is a gamble buying a mattress online.

I can't say enough good things about my Bragada. My husband and I took a gamble when we purchased a mattress online but it certainly paid off. My sister has a Tempurpedic and we wanted one very badly to replace our old spring mattress. We could NOT get a good nights sleep and, delirious and tired, seriously considered paying the price for a Tempupedic. Fortunately I came across the Bragada website just before we took the plunge. I couldn't believe that the quality was up to par with Tempurpedic for the price, but it was. That's all there is to it. I've slept on Tempurpedics in the past and I now sleep on my Baragda Waldorf, and I get the same wonderful nights sleep on both. We are completely happy with our purchase. In reading some of the other reviews I can't believe that anyone could be unhappy with this mattress. It seems that the Crowne mattress might not be the best choice. Go with the Madison, Waldorf or Vienna. You won't regret it!

We recently received our King Size Silver Cloud - it's wonderful!!! We tried out all of the competitors in the stores, but kept coming back to the Bragada because of price and because of all the reviews we had read. We really were hesitant about buying a bed online without being able to try it out first, but we are SO happy we did it. It is truly an amazing bed - both of us have been sleeping wonderfully since it arrived.

Pros: Soft and confortable, like sleeping on a cloud.
Cons: Really there is no negatives in my opinion on this mattress.

We received our Bragada Waldorf queen mattress about 3 weeks ago and I have never had a better nights sleep, both my wife and my self have some back problems and the Waldorf has enabled us to have a great nights sleep every night. What a great product, I just wish I had got it sooner. This is the best mattress I have ever slept on in my life and I will tell all my friends about the great deal you can get by shopping at Bragada mattress co. After speaking with Bragada's customer service and Vincent simmions I am completely satisified. They have stepped up and makining sure I am happy with the product that I purcheaced. I spent the time reviewing the other product reviews I feel comfortable making these statements. I have never had any problems with my foundation, it has never squeeked or given me any problems. As for the other mattress that seem to be giving people problems. The model that has been mentioned is the Crowne. That is the standard model and paying only $600 for a king mattress is amazing to me. I have spent as much as $4000 for a king mattress.

Pros: Solid construction after 2 years. No more pain. Beyond great customer service. Great price!
Cons: Mattress is heavy! Pay extra for inside bedroom delivery. Could not try before I bought.

I Purchased a king size Bragada mattress about 2 years ago. To say that I was impressed with the quality and workmanship would be an understatement. We have tried the to of the line major brand mattresses, waterbed, adjustable air mattress and a really expensive topper mattress, some of which helped a little, and some not at all. With 67 years under my belt, a bad back, herniated disks and bursitis in my shoulder, the test was just how good the Bragada really worked. Amazingly, it absolutely exceeded my expectations. For the last 2 years I have had a solid night's sleep with no pain upon awakening in the morning. Sadly, as the day progresses, the pain gradually returns which makes me actually look forward to going to sleep in my Bragada bed. My wife, who has back and neck problems, is of the same mind. Thank you for your dedication to quality at a suprisingly low price.

having purchased the "vienna" mattress from your company, i just can't say enough. this is the first time i've ever written about a product that i've purchased but i felt that someone else should know about it too. from the first night's sleep on it to this date 3 weeks later, i just can't believe the comfort i've been experienceing. every thing they say about it is true. no more tossing and trurning, no more aches, and no more loss of sleep. the way i fall asleep is the way i wake up. it' just amazing. i can even go as far as to tell you that my hair looks like i just combed it when i get up. if you need a mattress please take my advice and look into this one. i guarentee you that you will not be sorry you did. sincerly joe boggio o.s. email me at uncaboge@peoplepc.com and i will be glad to tell you more.

Cons: Permanent sagging develops quickly.

My husband bought this for me.  It quickly developed a valley where I slept.  The valley keeps getting worse and worse.  I weigh 160 lbs so not terribly overweight.  The one nice thing about sleeping in a trough is that during pregnancy it supported my growing belly without the need for a body pillow.  Very soft, but not good quality.

Pros: Easy to adjust to, warranty, quality, comfort. Priced better than comparable mattresses.
Cons: I haven't found any yet, but you may be so comfortable you miss your alarm!

I would like to say that I just received my Queen size Vienna. I usually wake up so stiff and sore. The first morning I noticed an immediate difference in how I felt. I was so much more comfortable sleeping in my new bed. I'm sitting here counting the minutes until I can crawl back in there! It's just a wonderful feeling when you "sink" in for a nights sleep. It's a definite dream!

Pros: Comfort, stability, cozyness, a great, well built bed. Best warranty.
Cons: Takes two people to set it up (but it's worth it)

We have had our Bragada "Vienna" California King for three months now and I am yet to experience the nagging back pain that used to wake me up by 4:00am every morning. I don't think that I have slept until 7 AM for years; since we have been sleeping on our Bragada, I must set my alarm clock when I have to get up early. I plan to gradually replace every bed in the house with a Bragada.

Cons: Leap of faith, sight unseen purchase, foam odor initially but does dissipate.

Love the mattress. Sits high and is very supportive but envelops you for a very comfortable night's rest. We are so glad we made the leap of faith to purchase it on line. We have the Vienna and the edges are just as firm as the rest of the mattress. We thought it was a great buy and continue to think we made a good choice. Making the bed has never been easier for the firm mattress holds the sheets in place.
