A great treat , VERY original
by thimbles20 ,Aug 25 '08
Pros: The saltiness of the seeds combines magnificently with the sweetness of the chocolate
Cons: Not for those who dislike seeds or crunchy candy.
This a new and interesting way to eat an old treat.Everyone in my family have been obsessed with sunflower seeds since I can remember so when my Mother bought chocolate covered sunflower seeds we were all a little skeptical, why mess with a good thing right?
Wrong of course, the mixture of a salty sunflower seed and the sweet chocolate is very dynamic. Small and colorful their fun to just pop in your mouth. The little kids in my family love the right colors.
