Cingular Mobile Phone Service in San Antonio

Pros: On the plan we purchased, I like the phone with the camera.
Cons: Consistantly poor service, and seemingly no way for Cingular to resolve the problems.

We became members of Cingular during the Cingular/ AT&T buy-out. The sole reason, my husband's company was changing over to Cingular.
From day one, nothing but problems. Exchanged phones thinking that was the problem, as did the representative...
Changed out SIM cards twice, same reason. Nothing made a difference in call quality, dropped calls, even local calls or reception. The only locale that we had perfect service was San Francisco, CA. Don't know why, don't care. After one and one half years of misery and frustration, we are looking for new service.
