I had some doubts about this and the price tag, and while I have just used it for a short time, I really like it. It gets your skin super clean. In the past when I washed my face and then used a toner, the cotton ball with the toner would be full of makeup that the cleanser hadn't removed. Now, when using the Claisonic - NO makeup on the cotton ball with the toner. Plus, blackheads are going away. I think that this will be one of my new favorite things.

This was recommended to me by the esthetician i see semi-regularly.  i am 31 and continue to have oily, troubled skin without extra attention.  (It's paying off, however, because i'm not aging as much as my peers)  I thought it was a tad expensive, without being sure of the results, however, she has never recommended unnecessary products to me.  we stick with the basics, and they work.  My boyfriend remarked after about a week that my complexion did look very good.  that was enough for me.  it certainly improves the overall appearance.  unfortunately, my unit stopped working not long after i purchased it.  i called the manufacter who was excellent in handling the situation.  there is another one on it's way right now, and i have a tracking number to monitor when it will arrive.  i couldn't ask for more.  cant wait to receive it!  their customer service was one of the most exceptional i've dealt with.
