Pros: Extremely durable, good balance and weight, even cooking, and completely dishwasher safe! Cons: Not a single negative!

Pros: Light, durable, the handle don't get hot. Cons: Don't really have any.

by suzystephens ,Aug 27 '08
Pros: non-stick part cleaned easily Cons: Pan warped after two uses, making worthless as a cleaning utensil.
This pan warped after only two uses, making it impossible to sit flat on my ceramic top stove. It can't heat a whole pan of food at one time. Cuisinart's customer service had a "10-15 minute" wait so I hung up without finding out if there was a recall.
I had been careful with the pan, letting it air-cool and handwashing it, but the "stress" of the normal heat of my stove was apparently too much for it.
I now have a poor opinion of Cuisinart.
