We stayed at the above Day's Inn 6/24 pre-cruise and were supposed to stay again on 6/29 post-cruise. The rooms smelled musty and the receptionist was rude. We stayed here because they advertised free shuttle service to/from the airport AND free...

i reserve this hotel through hotel.com on sept20th .over the phone and paid 89.99 for the room . because of the hurricane warning. so i shifted from eden resort to this hotel because its close to the airport.we checked inn the hotel at 12.00p.m. and checked out 2.00p.m. hotel clerk was very rude.I didn't get what i was told .Room was so dirty, blanket were so worn out that i think they didn't change it ever since motel was built.smell was so strong that we could not breath . call for the room service operator says they are very busy you need to come down and eat. no one was there when we got there. we stayed for only 2 hours , shifted to nice hotel . thanks to hotel.com they took care of it.

Pros: Close to airport. Inexpensive. Free airport transportation. Strong shower. On-line reservation easy. Quiet room.
Cons: Electrical problems, plumbing problems, needs redecorating. Pool out of order.

A run-down member of the Days Inn chain. Seen better days a LONG time ago. Not well maintained. Staff seemed indifferent. In our room, the main light switch did not work, the TV did not work, the shower curtain was too short, causing the bathroom floor to flood. Carpet needs replacement; whole room needs redecorating. Toilet would not stop; we had to take the top off the tank in the middle of the night to fix it -- just what I wanted to do on my vacation.
