Pros: adequate ion output
Cons: inadequate pre-filter charging and main filter particle trapping.

the unit makes an audible ac hum. the ifd filter is a good design but the application is flawed as it does not have any significant pre-filter charging... its like running an electrostatic precipitator without the ionizing wires. i ran the unit for two weeks and it gathered very few particles. the 60001 does have a charging plates and pins but to give the 60000 a near hepa rating by association is false and misleading. It simply does not function adequately despite its cadr rating. the negative ion output was measurable using an amcor ionoscope for the 60000 unit but not for the 60001 unit. the turbulent wind noise from the 60000 fan was choppy and annoying.
