Pros: Its cheap Cons: not reliable,bad customer service,no networks in large cites,not dependable,non refundable,customer service not guarenteed
This phone is not worth the time it takes to program it. It is difficult to set up and does not have network coverage in cities such as San Diego California and Cincinnati Ohio. We got this phone for our daughter to take on her first trip flying alone to see her grandpa in California from West Virginia. This phone had service here in WV but did not in Cincinnati or san Diego. We were very dissatisfied and worried. Do not buy this phone. They also will not refund your minutes. I just threw 67 dollars down the drain in minutes and 30 on the phone its self.
