Pros: reusable, soft, you control absorbency
Cons: Expensive to start out, diaper pail smells

Pros: no detergent buildup issues with fleece, able to be stuffed with absorbent items
Cons: cost, quality control issues
Before having my son, I’d heard lots of rave reviews of Fuzzi Bunz. I thought they had the most annoying name ever, almost enough to make me not want to use them. However, we had a very heavy wetter from day one. His Kissaluvs would ...

I recently bought a few (original) Fuzzi Bunz to try on my toddler (we have the XL/toddler size). At first they seemed okay and I liked that they were trim fitting when we stuffed it with a hemp pouch rider (Joey Bunz), and it is nice to not have to use...

It Works! The best diaper I've found!

by kap9 , Sep 01 '00
Pros: Super absorbent, keeps baby dry, no leaks.
Cons: none
My son is a toddler and a very heavy wetter. We just converted to cloth, but we could not find anything that worked at night. The wool covers that people often use at night irritated his skin, so I tried Fuzzi Bunz. The Fuzzi Bunz did not leak which I...

I LOVE this diaper!!

by karimomma , Oct 05 '00
Pros: Very absorbant
Cons: wide crotch, it would be nice to have different colors or prints.
I am fairly new to cloth diapering and have been trying to find what works best for my daughter. I purchased my Fuzzi Bunz about 2 months ago and have not had one leak since! These diapers are amazing! We can use them on outings and not have to worry...

Fuzzi Bunz Work Great!

by apzimm , Nov 30 '07
Pros: Don't clog up landfills. Easy to use. High Quality Diaper.
Cons: Price. Can leak sometimes.
I've used fuzzi bunz for the last 8 months or so with my daughter pretty much full time. They rarely leak, and are very easy to use and clean. I haven't done the math to see if I'm saving money, but I feel better not throwing all those disposable ...

Sizing problems

by snydley , Jun 20 '08
Pros: Great idea. No velcro!
Cons: "Small" comes in 2 sizes; inserts are too small.
Fuzzi Bunz do NOT fit newborns. Don't be a sap like us, trying to be all prepared for the birth of our son with a bunch of new Fuzzi Bunz waiting for him. We bought them during the 36th week of pregnancy. He arrived on time in the 40th week, 8lbs ...

Disposable to cloth transition

by fivearrows , Jan 08 '08
Pros: Easy to change; Luxurious cloth; healthier for baby; good for environment; cost effective
Cons: Takes extra time; odor
My toddler giggles when I put his diaper on him at night! That's because the cloth has a luxurious feel to them. But who cares if they leak, right? Well, they don't if you're willing to do things slightly differently. I find that I need to change a wet ...

OVERALL: No leaks, easy to wash, great fit, pretty colors and TRIM!
Cons: OVERALL: High cost, size variations, time consuming to stuff diapers

Changes to Fuzzi Bunz are no good!
by purpleheather ,Oct 25 '06
Pros: they never leak, easy to use
Cons: elastic breaks and fleece is thinner
Over the past year or two there have been some changes to Fuzzi Bunz. THe price went up, they now come with an insert, and the materials are different. The new fleece is thinner and the PUL *feels* thinner. The elastic is poor quality and wears out much faster than before. The MOE inserts that come with each diaper are great if you like microfiber. If not, it's a waste to pay more for the diaper and get an insert you'll never use. I have FBs that are 4 years old and look new and new FBs that have broken elastic and look old. These used to be our favorite diapers. It's a shame...

This is a great diaper!!!
by alexandra1234 ,Aug 28 '04
Pros: Quick drying, keeps baby dry, very trim, leak proof
Cons: A bit pricey, you have to stuff them
FuzziBunz are our diaper of choice. We've tried other pocket diapers, fitteds, prefolds, and all-in-ones. These are by far the trimmest, most leak-proof, dependable diaper we own. They keep my son dry and they are easy to take in the diaper bag. I highly recommend them!

These are the BEST of the BEST
by sarahss ,Nov 12 '06
Pros: soft, stays dry, no leaks, very cute, easy to wash
Cons: upfront costs can be expensive
Fuzzi Bunz are the original and best pocket diaper. Any one interested in using a cloth diaper should try these diapers. They are so easy to use, so unbelievably soft and the all around best cloth diaper option on the market. Plus, the cuteness factor is through the roof - my son looks so adorable in the aqua and turquoise Fuzzi Bunz. We're saving money and looking good - can't beat that!

Great anytime diapers!
by nikilabove ,Nov 02 '06
Pros: No leaks, work for day or night.
Cons: none
I love Fuzzi Bunz! Its that simple. My husband loves them more than I do to be honest. They are very easy to use, can be stuffed with many different types of inserts (I prefer prefolds or Joeys)and hold great! We use them overnight and during the day, I have to say out of all of our diapers these are the most reliable.
We bought them at Jack's Magic Beanstalk with infant prefolds to put in them, however I know they now come with a microfiber insert. We do use microfiber some but usually we stick to the prefolds or hemp inserts.

Fuzzi Bunz are Fantastic!
by luvmypunkins ,Sep 07 '04
Pros: Great fit, customizable absorbency!
Cons: No prints, need more colors
I love Fuzzi Bunz diapers! These are my favorite nighttime diapering system. I love the adjustability in size (my girls have been wearing size medium for months and months now), the ability to adjust absorbency accordingly, and most of all, the brilliant colors!

We used the newest style of Fuzzi Bunz with the pointed tabs and PUL outer with buff fleece lining, and we have NO leaks (unless we understuff, but that's our fault). They dry quickly, they look nice and new for the longest time, and the inner fleece is SO soft.

These are by far the best pocket diapers out there!

These are the best diapers
by ljgm ,Apr 12 '06
Pros: Great fit. Cute colors. No leaking. Easy cleaning.
Cons: None!
My husband was skeptical of cloth. I was skeptical too but couldn't stomach the landfill issue, so did a lot of research. These diapers are just fabulous. They rarely leak. The fit exceptionally well (better than cloth). They clean very well (we just throw them in our washer) and still look great. We have been so so pleased. We still usually use paper at night and at daycare (so, about 12 paper diapers a week) but still have significantly reduced costs - we are buying less than a quarter of the diapers we bought with our first child.

LOVE THESE DIAPERS
by orangemustang ,Jun 09 '04
Pros: great fit, trim, absorbent and daddy friendly!!
Cons: no cute prints and I wish they were one size fits all
My son was born on may 16th 04 weighing 9 1/2 pounds. I could'nt wait to try his "special diapers" on him! The smalls fit him well. We have been using them for 3 weeks with no leaking or wicking issues.
We have the mother of eden hanging pail liners. When we change his diapers, we pull out the microterry inserts and throw everything into to diaper pail. Every other day the pail liner and all the diapers/inserts get put into the washer. (cold cycle w/ 1/4 of the amount of detergent then a hot cycle) we put everything into the dryer for about 30 minutes, pulling the fuzzibunz out after about 10 minutes. they dry SO fast and we don't have any staining on the fleece. It doesnt take any extra time effort to use cloth and my husband doenst even mind changing him.
We bought ours at www.nurturedfamily.com they have the best prices and customer service.

fuzzi bunz dad approved
by hotmamma3 ,Dec 08 '06
Pros: dad friendly , easy to use
Cons: price
My poor husband is really not cloth diaper savvy, but he understands its a big deal to me and our sons sensitive skin so he really tries to make it work. I have gotten many good laughs out of it but i really wanted to find a diaper he liked and could use..enter fuzzi bunz. He really likes them and doesn't have trouble getting a good fit with the snaps.(he didn't do so well with Velcro he was afraid of making it to tight) He finally feels like a successful cloth daddy and that's a big deal. If it hadn't been for fuzzi bunz he probably would have just used disposables and half a tube of a+D when he had to change a diaper.

As my son has gotten older I have noticed a leak hear and there at night but I think it has more to do with my son than the diaper. They are a bit to expensive to use all the time but not so bad when you only buy a few for dad or night time.

Good Cloth Diaper...
by reeseccup ,Jun 26 '04
Pros: Trim if used with joey bunz, cute, reusable, easy to use.
Cons: Costly, synthetic fibers which hold smells, poor aircirculation can cause rash.
If you want ease of use and trim. Stuffed with a joey bunz or 2 made for a good very absorbent diaper that was trim on my long lean boy. I don't mind the shorter rise on these. I did have a snap that didn't want to stay put all the time on one, but not so bad it was worth the hassle of sending it back. Having hard water, I did have issues of buildup and the synthetic fibers and PUL held smells something awful, so did strip washings more often than was worth it for me. Contained runny baby poo about 75% of the time and I never had pee leaks. My boy did get a lot of heat rashes using this diaper though.

Mother of Eden doesn't care...
by ekjsmomm ,Apr 17 '06
Pros: SOME of the Fuzzi Bunz work, others DON'T---they REPEL urine.
Cons: Expensive diapers; REPELS urine; No help from Mother of Eden
After using Fuzzi Bunz size Small & Medium for seventeen months with ZERO problems. We WERE Fuzzi Bunz believers, UNTIL...we purchased size Large.

We have had nothing but problems with this batch of diapers. Repelling....Repelling....Repelling....

Nothing has changed with the way we care for our diapers. We use and have always used Allen's Naturally detergent as recommended by the manufacturer. We do not use diaper rash creams.

We first contacted the company whom we purchased the diapers. They're recommendation was to use Simple Green to "strip" the diapers. That was not satisfactory to us, so...

Over a month ago, we e-mailed Mother of Eden through their website. We mentioned the repelling problems we are having, are care of the diapers, as well as successfully using Fuzzi Bunz diapers for seventeen months. We even gave the company the benefit of the doubt, "Perhaps it was just a bad batch of fleece". We have gotten no response.

Obviously there is a quality control issue with the manufacturing of Fuzzi Bunz. Mother of Eden doesn't seem to care.

Wallet Saver!
by lilyahvall ,Mar 19 '07
Pros: ease of use, durability, comfort
Cons: color choices with a toddler can cause arguments!
Using Fuzzi Bunz has been a wonderful thing for our family. We were spending WAY too much on disposable diapers and were having to take the waste out too often. This easy to use cloth diapering system mimics disposable diapers and are a cinch to use. I recommend them to all new moms! There are also great exchange sites available to use as your child grows through different sizes!

Cons: sizing isn't the same on all diapers
These are so easy to use and work amazingly well. Even my cloth diaper scared husband will use these with NO complaints!

They contain breast fed baby poo better than any disposable diaper I ever did try. I have very little leaking problems.

I highly recommend Fuzzi Bunz! I bought my diapers at www.cutecaboose.com Heather has excellent prices and amazing customer service. I highly recommend them both!

LOVE THEM!
by huney0123 ,Nov 04 '05
Pros: virtually leakproof, breathable, cute, functional, great for trips
Cons: can leave red marks on thighs, narrow crotch can be hard to stuff
I bought my first fuzzibunz when my daughter was 6 months old. I am so glad I did! They are the ultimate nighttime/traveling diaper. They can be stuffed with whatever you want (hemp and microfiber are a great combo for night) and they ar e virtually leakproof. They let the skin breathe much more than disposables. They come in all sorts of cute colors and in several sizes. The good thing too is that some of the sizes kind of overlap. My daughter can wear a medium or a large. For nighttime, since we stuff it more, we use large. For daytime when a trimmer diaper will do, we use mediums. They snap closed so curious little toddlers wont be able to undo them easily. I really like them .The ony thing I dislike is that they can leave red marks on the baby's thigh if your baby has thick thighs. (the 2 snap setting helps prevent this in most cases though). I really recommend these to anyone who is thinking about cloth but thinks it will be too hard.

fuzziBunz one size cloth diaper are so awesome
by mytlcs ,Apr 17 '09
Pros: They are soft and cuddly, insert absorbs and keep baby dry and no leeks.
Cons: cleaning the pooh off, but cleans so well and no stain

They are so soft and cuddly that I couldn't wait to finish up my 2 boxes of disposable diapers.

Set my mind up and got some fuzzibunz one size cloth diapers at mycbaby.com

The fuzzibunz one size cloth diapers are so adjustable from 7lbs to 35 lbs.

My son was wearing it for 7-8 hrs and the wetness stayed in, no leeks. I couldn't believe it.

Unfortunately, first day and my son pooh that night.  I couldn't belive no pooh stain on the white material.

Highly recommended fuzzibunz one size cloth diapers... It's a fairy tale love and they are like Cinderella and the others are like the step sisters.

You wanna try cloth?
by jhose ,Jan 01 '05
Pros: you control absorbancy, good snap placement, stay dry inner
Cons: would like a few more fashion color/prints
This is a great place to start! First of all this is one of few companies in cloth that offer a size that will actually fit most preemies and newborns. I have found many that claimed to be nb but did not fit my 6 pounder for quite some time. Another great quality here is the snap configuration, can be changed around to get a great fit on many shapes. I love the ultrasuede inner...keeps baby so very dry. One of the best aspects here is you choose the absorbancy. Light wetter...just an insert, heavy wetter...add a trifold diaper. Another good thing is that the lining pulls the wet away from baby keeping him/her drier (more like a sposie). Good system. Great for hubbies that don't want to try to figure out what needs a cover, what doesn't. I like it a lot. Cute colors and a few prints too!
