I order two of these phones along with a All-in package from Helio, I was satisfied with the phones although I had problems with echo when using them with Jawbone Bluetooth headsets. Its was easy to sync my contacts over the net a big plus. I didn't like ...

Pros: decent hand set
Cons: Incredibly bad service.

Avoid this company! The service is provided by one of the national outfits, and was poor in my area. I returned the phone in February and it is now July, and they have yet to honor the refund, despite at least ten phone calls and six email exchanges. I am now in my second fifteen minutes on hold trying to speak with a competent person in their customer "service" area.

Do not go near this bunch.
