Pros: You actually can lose weight...you get used to eating less.
Cons: It isn't as easy as I thought...I ended up having some food...
It actually worked for me! I cannot believe it..I only did 42 hours. I started 6pm Fri and ended at 12 noon Sunday. I had a salad and a piece of baked chicken Saturday afternoon and an apple on Sunday morning. I stayed pretty active on Saturday. Sunday when I weighed @ noon I lost 8lbs!!! So now its all about keeping it off. Sunday afternoon I started by eating smaller portions, no added sugars, and lots of water (no food after 7pm)...today is Monday, I weighed this morning and I lost an additional pound. Today I had breakfast (cereal...switched to soy milk) and I'm skipping lunch (using the extra juice from the diet...I have 4 servings left) then I'm doing dinner...no food after 7pm. I hope this helps me get used to eating less (I overeat & snack a lot).
All in all I will definitely do it again. NOTE: It is easier to start in the evening (like 6pm) cause then you sleep through most of the first portion of the diet.
