Hoover S3590 Bagged Canister Vacuum

Pros: Lightweight, Not extremely loud, easy carrying handle for the base, very easy to change bag

Cons: Hose unglued

Hoover, dirt devil and other companies were bought out by TTIF Floorcare. They do not honor any warranties.
My wife on March 24, 2007 purchased a S3590 via Best Buy.
We have a 1 year written warranty.
Early September, '07, the hose unglued from the canister. I brought it to their authorized dealer who verified the problem and e-mailed Hoover.
Though I have contacted the dealer and e-mailed TTIF, I have not received the replacement hose. Today is January 16.
Their excuse is Hoover has gone through a ownership transition. They have ignored my further e-mails.
