Pros: Easy to push, (pushes fantastically well through snow!)cozy, roomy Cons: HUGE, BULKY, HEAVY, small baskets, crummy seat recline mechanism,
The lowdown: Admittedly, we are not joggers. However, as we live in a snowy climate, we bought this stroller as our "Winter stroller". By this we mean that we needed something that was cozy enough to sit in with blankets or bunting bags, as well as ...
Pros: Attractive, separate reclining seats, smooth ride, swivel wheel Cons: Brake issues, canopy not large enough, no cup holders, poor basket clearance
When my second child came along I doggedly admitted that I would need a double stroller if I wanted to lose any post-baby pounds. My then three-year-old daughter refused to stay at home while I went for walks and my husband was too afraid to be alone ...
Pros: easy to push, easy to steer, kids like it Cons: sun shade isn't big enough, basket is useless, no cup holders
I have tried MANY double strollers. Hated them all. This stroller is a dream to push and steer. I have huge kids for their ages (a 31lb 23 month old, and a 14lb 11 week old) and I can still push this stroller easily with one finger! It's just fabulous ...
Pros: easy to push, plenty of room for both kids, durable Cons: bulky, seats don't sit all the way upright
We bought this stroller when we were expecting our second child. I hated the Graco duo glider and there wasn't many other options for double strollers. This one was easy to push and I could see both children easily. (My 83yr old grandfather even ...
Pros: Smooth ride, easy to steer, lots of room, very sturdy. Cons: The elements that make it sturdy also make it a bit heavy.
Three years ago my husband and I were looking for a stroller to use in Disneyworld. We needed something that would fit our older child as comfortably as the youngest one. This stroller was a perfect investment. The canopy was big enough to ward off the ...
Pros: Very fluid movement, nice glide. Pivoting front or locking front wheel. Cons: None-adjustable handle bars., bulky.
Best Features:
-front pivoting wheel
-100lb weight capacity
-fluid movement
-easy to fold/open
-comfortable/durable
-large basket below
-dual adjustable seats
Worst Features:
-Fairly heavy despite the aluminum frame
-Bulky
-no cup holder
-handle bars are not adjustable.
Overall:
I used this for my two boys. They loved it and I loved it. I would typically walk a minimum of 2miles and up to 5-miles in one outing. The boys used this time to nap in the cushy seats. The canopy could have been bigger and a cup holder would have been helpful, however, this is a jogging stroller!
I would recommend. Also, after my boys outgrew the weight capacity, I resold it after two years for $75!!
Pros: Swivel wheel maneuvers easily
Folds easily, lightweight
Both sides recline independently. Cons: No hand brake
No tether to attach yourself to the stroller
I just received this today. It assembled easily - inside 10 minutes (and that's with a baby fussing and 2 year old "helping"). FABULOUS! In swivel mode it was a little wobbly for jogging, so I locked the front wheel. There was still enough movement to allow me to steer, but not so much that it was difficult to maneuver. In swivel mode, it was a DREAM for a brisk walk. The baby slept in the fully reclined mode while my 2 year old sat up and talked away.
The shade is great, but it does act as a parachute when you walk against the wind. There is no hand break, so jogging down a hill might be a little scary. This one doesn't have a "leash" to attach you to the stroller to prevent run-away, I just took one off of our single stroller.
Pros: Comfortable, swivel wheel, can use at most stores. Cons: Bulky, almost fills the back of our SUV.
I bought this stroller this summer (anticipating long get-in-shape walks), and I love it. We use it for shopping at the mall, going to church, and (occasionally) those long walks. My almost 3 year old twins tell me it's comfortable, and prefer it over all of their other transportation (umbrella strollers, wagon, Combi twin savvy). It's great at amusement parks, just remove the front bar, and they hop in and out by themselves.
Pros: Very Smooth ride Cons: Seats don't sit straight up, small canopy, hard to put stuff in basket
I bought this stroller for my two kids who are 14 months apart and there are goods and bads to it. First, I don't like the material, it isn't the nice soft cotton. The underneath basket can barely fit anything in it. The canopy doesn't cover much. There is no cup holder or snack tray. The worst thing about it, is that the seats do not sit completely straight. The only thing I likes about the stroller is the smooth ride.
Pros: maneuvers nicely, attractive, affordable Cons: No console to put drinks, storage basket underneath is has minimal clearance.
This stroller is great on and off paved surfaces. After using the Kolcraft single passenger Jeep stroller for two years, I feel that this is similar in performance. I would not use it for running as the brake bar can be accidentally stepped on causing a painful quick stop.
I put my boys in it for daily walks since the youngest was 8 weeks. The removable (and washable) seat pads are great to help keep my little one supported. At 34 inches and 32 lbs, my 2 year old is comfortable and has room to grow. I do not use the 'nap bar'.
There is a big pouch on the back of the stroller but I miss a molded plastic console for drinks. Storage below is divided, but hard to access.
I have had no problems getting this through most commercial doorways. To get it in my house, it has to be folded.
To put it in the van, I pop the front wheel up into the van and then push the rest in as I fold it. When it is folded, the plastic receiving ends for the nap bar make a nice handle to lift by.

Pros: Easy to push, comfy, easy to fold, sturdy, a great stroller. Cons: Wide, very heavy to lift or carry, no rain cover.
Pushes like a breeze, very comfortable for the twins. My 4 year old even likes riding on the front. Folds and collapses easily and intuitively. Ample space in the bottom plus a helpful pocket on the canopy. Easy to convert from swivel to fixed. Easy assembly. We simply love it.
A couple of potential minuses, but they're small:
* It's very big and heavy. Don't expect to be able to easily throw this in the trunk of the van to take with on trips.
* It's wide. Can't sneak through narrow doorways without assistance from passers-by.
* The lack of a rain cover for this model has led to some wet excursions... the canopy is better for sun than rain.
Pros: Super smooth
REALLY ease to turn.
Seats recline separately
Has a "peek-a-boo" window.
Cons: Wide- but will fit anywhere a wheelchair will
Baskets underneath could be more accessible.
I bought this stroller specifically for jogging with it... since it is a jogging stroller. I have used other jogging strollers in the past- both single and double- and I love this one. It's extremely smooth and super easy to turn with. It is so easy to push... even up hill isn't too bad. (and my kids are 3 1/2 and 20 months) Some people complained about not having a "leash" to connect yourself to the stroller.. I have never had a problem not being able to hold on going downhill- running. It's great that the seats can recline separately.
There are a few downfalls of the stroller (haven't found a stroller yet that doesn't have a few).
True it doesn't have a cup holder-which would be nice for walking... but it does have a large pocket in the back which would hold several bottles of water- plus wallet and keys. I think that's better for running anyways-- then you don't have bottles bouncing up and down.
