Pros: Cosmetic warranty; very quiet
Cons: Lack of Knowledgeable Customer Support
The website description makes this fridge appear loaded with features.  "Temperature Controlled Gourmet Bay(TM) storage drawer with wine cooler" Ha!  The manual doesn't show you what it is, and after 2 hours(!) on the phone with Jenn Air ...
