We used Jet Airways on a several week trip that started in Chennai and ended up in Delhi, with multiple flights in between. We bought the two week pass and it worked without a hitch.

Jet Airways' planes are immaculate, their flights are largely on time and the service was great. The one time that there was a delay of about one hour, the personnel was OVERLY apologetic (you'd NEVER get such apologies from U.S. airlines) and they provided us with a delicious catered lunch for the inconvenience!! Truly impressive.

I've only heard about Indian Air, but from what I saw of their planes/operations, and what I've heard, I'd never fly anyone by Jet Airways.

I highly recommend them.

Jet Airways boasts to be the coming Indian Airline. But it lacks fundamental airline policies when it comes to dealing with problems. This is an experience to fly with Jet from Nepal to Delhi and with a different carrier onto Germany. Flights into Nepal and out of Nepal are chronically delayed. Observation of three consecutive days in November.
14 people and myself were being bumped off out of the waiting lounge under giving false reason. The real reason: an overbooked flight. We seemingly were offered replacement free of cost on one of the flights of the airline. This was renounced at one hours before reporting time. Instead we were told to take connections that would have taken us 4 days delay to Germany! The other option being to buy new and costly tickets from Jet Airways. A good reason from the Airline to convince us: refund upon arrival in Germany. Now being far away, every refund has been denied. This contradicts any common airline policy to deal with delays and passenger bump-off.
