the hotel was old, very busy and the elevators just couldn't cope with the thousands of people who go in and out of the hotel at a given time due to the conventions and a Broadway theater in it.

the room was quite large, the location is on Times Square, but these were the only attributes. the staff was rude and they didn't want to help much with directions. bellmen only wanted tip and had no desires to help with anything else. wouldn't stay here again.
