Pros: Cute as a button, FANTASTIC sound quality (amazing, really) Cons: Limited extras
I've only had this phone about a week, and purchased it as my first foray into Tracphone service. I've had previous cell phone contracts with major carriers, but I'm a very light cell phone user (like less than 15 minutes a month) and I really don't ...

Pros: Cheap, modern body design, reliable, handy features Cons: Overly complex interface, double texting charges, bad button layout
I purchased this phone from Wal-Mart as an upgrade from my old Nokia 1100. In general I found the interface unnecessarily complicated. For example, to simply select who you wish to text message in the Create Message screen, you must select Change, then ...

OK phone Dismal service
by jimpphoto ,May 16 '08
Pros: Phone works OK Cons: If you call for service, it helps to speak Indian
Bought this phone from WalMart and found I could not add minutes to it. After 10 days and 8 calls to India they were finally able to add minutes. It's the moronic, scripted answers you get while calling that really aggravated me. So, after 10 days of a useless phone they offer me 10 bonus minutes by way of consolation. I told the agent I could get double minutes by using a code from the web and he relented to 20 mins. Thanks for nothing.

A grand waste of technology
by basst0theface ,Jun 10 '08
Pros: It's cheap and small. It has rubber grips on the side, but they wear down. Cons: Poor composing, user hostile predictive text, terrible reception, short battery life, small 20-message inbox.
This phone has great potential with the features it has and the color screen, but wastes it all because of a poor interface. It has a composing feature where you can write your own ring tones, but the input is inefficient with too many repeated pieces of syntax. The Nokia phone I upgraded from had a much smoother, intuitive composing interface. The predictive text is a hassle how it ads spaces after every word you select. The color screen goes to waste because you can't receive pix messages.
Don't buy this phone.
