Pros: That perfect peachy pink color; blends easily; lasts forever. Cons: Very expensive in price; limited availability.
As a Secret Santa gift I received way back in December 2004, I received this Nars Blush, Orgasm and almost had my own the first time I opened and used it! Well, a girl can exaggerate just a bit at times, can't she? I was new to Nars ...
Pros: Great shade; lasts; just the right amount of shimmer; applies and blends easily; mirrored compact Cons: None for me, but some might balk at the $25 price tag
I'd heard countless great things about NARS Blush in the Orgasm shade and meant to buy it for at least a year. I finally got around to purchasing it at my local Sephora when I got tired of using another blush I had been using for ...
Pros: A nice container with a mirror, and a fantastic, original color. Cons: Will put a well in your pocket.
My love-affair with Nars makeup goes way back. From even before I started modeling, I worked briefly in a store that sold very expensive, non-American, hard to find makeup and beauty products. One of the makeup lines they sold was Nars. At this time, ...
Pros: great color, buildable, stylish package, luxury item Cons: luxury item (pricey), hard to find
After reading all the great reviews of this Blush, I simply had to have it...in spite of the price (or maybe, because of the price!!) More about Nars Orgasm Blush The only place I have found Orgasm in Toronto (besides my ...
Pros: Beautiful color, great staying power, good packaging. Cons: Price!
This blush was my first brush with high-end makeup. I’d been part of an online makeup group for a couple years, but I had yet to try something I couldn’t get from Target or Walmart. After hearing so many great things about this blush, I decided that I ...
Pros: Very natural, beautiful color suitable for most skin tones, addicting! Cons: It rubs off when you touch your face, but not much.
Orgasm is indeed quite an addiction... No wonder it has a group of devoted fans and continues to make appearances as an "editor's pick" in the magazines all the time. Laid out in front of you, the blush looks almost too pink. This might scare off ...
Pros: Beautiful shade, compact will last a long time Cons: None...the longevity will outweigh its cost!
Though I love trying out new makeup, I was never much of a blush person as I always preferred a bronzer. I decided it was time for a change and decided to buy a blush. I was looking for a peachy-shade and I was told to try Orgasm at Sephora. The girl ...
Oh, puh-lease! Blush is ok, but not worthy of an orgasm by webpinion ,Dec 01 '06
Pros: lasts Cons: didn't look natural, too peachy/orange, didn't like sparkles
I read all the hype about this blush & purchased it because I love beauty products. It's ok, but I must say I don't use it that often because the color looks a bit fake on my skin. It's a pretty color, but isn't the best for my pale skin. I would look pretty on olive skin, but on my cheeks it gets somewhat orangey. It's ridiculously expensive. I think Bobbi Brown's Slopes blush is much more natural looking, but has a similar color scheme (without the mini-sparkles, which aren't that great if you're over 25).
Pros: very flattering color and stays on a long time Cons: I wish it was a little less expensive but I would still buy it again
I put off buying this blush for a long time because of the price. I've tried so many different colors and brands I figured why not one more. I finally splurged and received it the other day and I absolutely love it! I'm just sorry I didn't try this sooner. It probably wouldn't have been a color I would have picked out if I saw it in a store. But I have read good things about it and it's all true.
Pros: Color, Texture, Blendability, Quality, The list goes on. Cons: None (The amount of usage you get out of this makes up for the price.)
This product definitely lives up to the hype. I have a fair complexion, and this warmed up my skintone, my face was practically glowing. My friend has a much darker skintone & also uses it, but it looks just as good on her dark skin. The color isn't clownish or too girly, it's sophisticated and sexy. It's a warm peachy hue with tiny golden and bronze flecks in it to catch the light (NOT to be mistaken for sparkles or glitter). This blush looks fabulous on any complexion, and it lasts forever - I've had the same compact for about 4 months and It doesn't look like it's been used. Anyone who's had a difficult time finding the right blush should definitely try this.
Pros: Great coverage and pure color with a saucy name! Cons: None
Seriously, if you do one nice thing for yourself this year, buy this blush!! I have never had a standard blush that I would purchase, but this one has become a mainstay in my makeup drawer. The coverage that it provides is beautiful with a very pure color that gives you a healthy glow. Stays in place and blends very nicely. I guarantee that if you try it once, you will never again try another blush!
Pros: Keeps it promise, makes skin look amazing! Cons: Is a bit expensive, but I'm willing to pay for the great look.
In my 50-plus years on this planet I have used many types of blush. I took a chance on NARS Orgasm because a friend recommended it. I was leery that my older skin would not accept it kindly. Much to my delight and surprise, this blush made my skin look as dewy and gorgeous as it did when I was 25! Not powdery or fake looking, it really looks like it's just part of your skin...the best part. Most H&B products have not delivered in my opinion, this one does. My skin is quite fair and starting to be dry. NARS blush delivered on it's promise, plus some!
Some of the best money I've spent. by kenzierlemmons ,Jan 14 '06
Pros: does what it claims, awesome packaging, excellent product overall Cons: can be hard to rectify/cover if too much is used
I've always tangoed with my blushes. I'm very fair complected, so most blushes looked phony and harsh on me. But not Nars.
Nars Blush does what it says it will do. It creates a luminous glow on my cheeks. I look very sallow until I put it on. Then, BAM!, a subtle splash of color.
It goes on well--though it works better if you break it up a bit--and stays put.
It comes in a very neat little compact and it lasts longer than most blushes--because a little can go a long way.
