Let me start by saying that my mother's biggest gripe while my dog was under her care was the dog's shedding all over everything. 

I brought my dog to live with me after buying my first house, and the first thing she did was jump on my white sofa.  Black shedding dog on white sofa should equal a nightmare!!

I purchased the Pledge Fabric Sweeper and with a couple swipes you wouldn't know the dog was on the sofa!

Heck it even picked up the Pilling Fuzzies on the sofa!

Quite personally, I only bought this thing because I had a coupon.  I don't think I would buy it again without a coupon considering it has a $5 price tag and is meant to be disposable!! 

I believe that with a little more ingenuity Pledge could have sold me a product for a couple dollars more that is reusable. 

Because of my frugal ways (as my mother always says), I was able to carefully take this apart to empty it and put it back together to make it reusable.  Something which Pledge advises on the box NOT to do.
