Cons: do not use if you have an allergy to caine anesthetics
My seven-year old son has been complaining of some toothache pain. He currently has a loose tooth so I thought a liquid or applicator type of medicine would be better than chewing tablets. I had little luck finding something appropriate for my child...

Pros: Easy to use and apply Cons: expensive, doesn't last long
I bought the mouth sore swabs (similar to the toothache swabs)to use on my very painful canker sore. I found them easy enough to open and apply, but the numbing sensation only lasted about three minutes. It did not seem to numb the pain long at all for me. The other thing I didn't like was that the numbing gel seems to mix with saliva and end up numbing your tongue, cheek, and the back of your throat which was more annoying than the pain itself. I wouldn't waste 7.99 on these again.
