I can't believe orajel had such good reviews. It doesn't help pain that much and it mostly just numbs the mouth and makes you spit every 5 minutes. I cannot stand orajel because it gets on your lips and numbs it and its just to messy to apply and It spreads in your mouth and gets where you don't apply it.(It is also easy to swallow) I use a different product that you gargle and rinse and it works better and you dont have to spit every 5 minutes. I have left a review on the product if you would like to see it. It is the best product I have ever used for mouth pains and you can find it in your local drug store. I do not to much care for orajel and it just doesn't help my pain, and just numbs my whole mouth for about 10 minutes and thats all.
