Pros: they play good music Cons: very long waiting times to be seated and to get your meal, overpriced
My husband and I had heard enough of the Outback Steakhouse commercials to embed the song into our brain. We wanted to try it since we'd heard so much about it. I also really wanted to try a bloomin' onion, as I love onion rings. We kept saying we'd go...

Pros: Steak, dinner salad, etc. Cons: Can be a long wait
Ever since the Outback Steakhouse opened up a few miles from our house, it has been a favorite place of mine.
The obvious thing there is steak - that is their specialty. But I have had other things that have been equally as good. Such as the...

Pros: fair-priced menu items, I like the bloomin’ onion Cons: poor service, sloppy food presentation, restaurant too noisy, you feel like you are in a train station or a busy amusement park that is ill-staffed to meet demand
I used to have dinner at the Outback Steakhouse about once every other month. When I first tried this place, it was a fun change of pace because of its hokey Australian theme and overtly-friendly staff.
It is not so fun anymore. In fact, it...

Pros: Tasty food, spotless at this location, great service. Cons: Looooong wait.
This review is dedicated to copernicus, my favorite Aussie Epinioneer. For those of you unfamiliar with Adam's work, he is a fine-Epinion-writing, English-language-loving, nice-comment-leaving good sport. G'day, mate!

Pros: Food, Food and Food Cons: Atmosphere, surroundings
I wrote a review of this restaurant before, on my visit to one in Des Moines, Iowa. Since we are now in Texas, decided I wanted to find a place close to where we live, to take our son and his wife when this visited us this weekend.
I went...

Pros: Great food, and service Cons: Price
Wow, I just ate at one of America's finest steak restaurants - Outback Steakhouse. I obviously had steak and it was one of the best pieces of meat I've ever had. It was juicy at every bite and I just wanted to shout out "WOW". Now Outback...

Pros: wonderful food, worth the wait Cons: they always need 2 in every city, there's usually quite a wait
I am not much of a red meat eater, but since being married I have developed a taste for Filet Mingon (of course, one of the more pricier meats!). My first visit to an Outback Steakhouse was in Virginia Beach on a week with my husband when we were...

Pros: Great steaks and appetizers Cons: Slow service
We were looking for a good place to eat, that is a significant improvement over fast food, but without the expense or formality of your usual sit-down restaurant. Chain restaurants usually feature a few burgers, maybe some healthy chicken dish and the...

Pros: great steak and salads Cons: sometimes you wait a long time for seat or service
I am a steak lover and I admit, I tend to be very picky when it comes to liking steak. I always have gotten the Outback Special most of the time I have been there. I asked for my steak medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. The seasoning on the...

Pros: Bloomin' Onion Cons: declining service, undercooked meats
We have been to Outback on 3 separate occasions, the last visit being tonight. I'm not too sure we'll be returning in the near future.
Our first visit to Outback was great. The wait for dinner was only 10-15 minutes long, which was much...

Pros: varied menu selection, fun atmosphere Cons: can be very busy during peak dinner hours
Background:
There are a number of Outback Steakhouse restaurants in the Chicago metropolitan area, where I live, and in my experience, they consistently deliver a very good dining experience. In writing my review, I will use the Naperville,...

Pros: good food, good service, a winner in my book Cons: it is expensive, about $10-15 a person
My husband and I have longed to be able to go out to dinner at an 'adult' place. We have a two year old and we have a hard time finding baby-sitters.
Well, about 2 weeks ago, we received a menu from Outback. We thought that was nice...

Pros: Everything--food, service, people, price.... Cons: I wish you could make reservations
This is what my wife and I have come to call "our" restaurant. If we talk about going out to eat at all it is a given that we are going to the Outback Steakhouse.
We first went to one just after it opened in our hometown and have...

Pros: Excellent food and service; Great for kids; Consistent quality Cons: Unless you arrive when they open, expect to wait for a table.
I was introduced to Outback Steakhouse in 1995 quite by accident. I won a contest on a Chicago radio show (hosted by former child star Danny Bonaduce, no less) where among the prizes I received was a $50 Outback gift certificate.
PILGRIMAGE...

Pros: Food, service, cleanlieness etc. Cons: It really isnt suitable for Vegiatarians.
Man, I love the summer, don’t you? I love it because every year, when I visit my dad, we go to Myrtle Beach and every year, (there and back from the beach) we eat at the same Outback Steakhouse. I have been the Outback about 8 times now,...
