Palm m105 Handheld

It's nice, afordable, easy to carry around, easy usauge. It's just so remarklble. This is a great gift for teachers or a college student. This is a great Christmas gift.

Everything on the palm M105 is great and it is cost effective, but there is no colour and it would help young adults with a bit of colour for enthusiasm and attractive. the email is a bit slow , but apart from that, everything else is a big pro. I have used one of another brand but basically the same features, but this is better (apart from the colour) because it is fast and inexpensive.

Pros: Cheap. Easy to use.
Cons: Too cheaply built. Loses all data on battery change.

I have just sent my M105 to the garbage can.

The reason is that the tiny capacitor that should allegedly hold the data for just enough time to allow for a battery change ceased to work. This meant that whenever I had to load new alkalines all data was lost. I could of course perform a Hot-Synch before and after this operation but I am not always close to base so this did not really work for me.

Basically I like the simple frugal features of the Palm but I honestly feel that compared to the earlier models the quality has gone down significantly.

I think this product is great. It comes in handy, with plenty of space for all my downloading needs. I use it as a medical tool, in the world of EMS.1-10 (7)

First time palm uses should purchase this model its great because it is very easy to use. It is light weight and very afforable. It also changes colors with your outfits. The only thing once you have a new power toy and you get use to it you really don't want to let it go. So it needs more upgrade software for different things. But I love my power toy

this is probbably the best priced palm out there. the next version shoots up in price amd for what? color! i would suggest this product to anyone who needs a palm for work or colledge. it has 8 megabytes of memory which is great for almost infinite notes. the date book and adress book make organizing a cinch. i think this a must for students and graduates alike. it has everything a palm should have, and ,unlike the other palms is not outdated or overpriced

Well my palm m105 has worked wonders for me it not just fashionable but very light and easy to use although I was a bit confused with the instructions but a little playing around with it worked wonders. I always have it with me and it has saved my life in so many ways in remembering birthdates etc, i have really hard days at work and remembering everthing was impossible until I purchased one of these babys.

I love this product. I have only had for a few days now, as it was a birthday gift. It is one of the best things I have ever owned. It is easy to use. I have all my important information at my fingertips all day. Email addresses, phone and addresses, birthdays, etc. I LOVE THIS PALM PILOT

I've been carrying a pocket calendar for years, but will soon replace it with my Palm m105, which I’ve been using for just over a year now. An example of why I'm switching over is that, with my m105, I am able to carry all of my important phone numbers and addresses with me instead of having to rewrite them each year or leave it at home with last year’s calendar. All other functions offered in the m105 are practical and easy to use. I enhanced my m105 with a third-party office suite and this allows me to take working documents with me on my m105 without having to tackle the expense of a laptop. Of course this would apply if I bought any other PDA, but that is the reason I went with the m105 to begin with--a practical product for a practical price.

the product is good espeacially for students like me who need most of the help in our work loads.its easy to carry and i think it can easily be maintained.the only problem is it is too costly.but i guess good products deserve a great price.the technological aspect of the product is so great.

This hand held organizer is wonderful!! I absolutley love them!! Unfortunatley I had to give it a 4 for over all, because you used if for a couple of hours and the battery runs out!! Also it would be much more attractive if it was a color screen!!

This is my first PDA and I'm sold. I don't know how I lived without one. This PDA is inexpensive and provides all the features that most people would need. Its a lot lighter than my old dayplanner. Fits easily into my pockets. Email feature is superb.

Love the unit, easy to use, very sleek design, loads of memory, syncs quickly but writing pad wears out way too fast and Palm would not support this wear and tear problem.

I'm a Paramedic and use this device with mapping and medical applications. It's proven itself to be reliable and has taken considerable abuse. Palm REALLY needs to come up with some way to use PDF and DOC files without spending more than the PDA costs. My partner has a Sony and has both PDF and DOC files he can use as well as a backlight that really lights up the screen. I'd buy the Sony!
