Garbage
by headhunterceo ,Jul 06 '08
Pros: I can hang laundry off it now Cons: Poor quality Chinese made garbage
model# PFES8004.0
Within 2 weeks of daily use the strength trainer part broke. the carriage traveled beyond its limit switch mangling the poor little micro switch. Definitely not designed by someone who is or was a service technician. the lengths necessary to simply remove the dress plastic plates demonstrates a strong lack of forward thinking.
Of course the elliptical part of the machine lasted a whole 4 months of daily use until the resistance motor stopped working one day. replacement of the console and motor did not solve the problem as tech support felt it would and frankly i am not surprised.
to the companies credit they were willing to send parts free of charge after my 4rth tech support call.
I only wish they would just come take this thing away and refund my money
